This handy little device enables you to trigger multiple flash units from the same source. It has one female PC connector and 3 male PC connectors in one tiny self contained unit. Simple but extremely effective. We also sell 5 metre flash sync cables in our shop. These are very expensive to buy in photo stores (normally £12 - £14).
