Cullmann Magnesit Mini 40510 Tripod Head.

A brilliant and ingenious tripod head that quickly converts from a standard 1/4" screw thread to a standard hotshoe fitting. So, you can use this tripod head in the normal way to support a camera or you can use it to hold any flashgun with a standard hotshoe. This is great for off-camera flash and enables you to position your flashgun at almost any angle. The movement of the ball and socket is silky smooth and can be firmly locked in any position using the knurled twist knob on the side of the tripod head. On the base of the tripod head is a standard 1/4" female thread so you can attach it to the top of any tripod.
