Cullmann Magnesit 550 Monopod

The superbly engineered Cullmann Magnesit 550 Monopod is for use with large DSLR cameras and the large, heavy telephoto lenses such as a pro DSLR with a 300mm f/2.8 lens.  Just as capable when using smaller items, the large tube diameter can benefit image sharpness in harsh conditions.  The Magnesit 550 extends to 152cm and collapses to just 45cm (28mm maximum diameter upper tube.)

The 'Magnesit' is named because of its extensive use of magnesium in the casings and fittings.  Magnesium is a light and stable metal, helping to contribute to the light weight of just 600g, making this exceptionally light for this class of monopod.
