Delivery Information

UK Orders - FREE

All UK orders are delivered completely free of charge. That includes mainland UK, the Scottish Highlands & islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and all British forces addresses (BFPO).

We use a variety of delivery methods depending on the size and weight of the order. Most orders are sent by Royal Mail. We also use Royal Mail standard parcels and other couriers for heavier orders.

European Orders - from only 3.00 EUR

Shipping to all European countries is calculated by weight. The less your order weighs, the less you will pay for shipping. The shipping charge is automatically calculated and will be displayed at checkout. All orders are sent by airmail and usually arrive 3-7 days after dispatch.

Customs & Import Taxes

All orders sent to addresses outside the European Union have a customs declaration label attached to the package. This label will show the value of your order excluding shipping charges. You are responsible for any import duty and taxes that may be levied. Normally there are no surcharges for orders under the value of £18 GBP.
