If you're a busy photographer and don't have the time or patience for a full size tripod, a GorillaPod is ideal. It's small enough to be kept in your bag or pocket at all times. A GorillaPod gives good steady support for your camera and, just like a traditional tripod, is useful for timed shots, long exposures and night photography etc. However, unlike a normal bulky tripod, the GorillaPod is just as happy being wrapped around fence posts, tree branches, handlebars and poles. The GorillaPod will also make standing your camera on uneven surfaces easy.
The GorillaPod is available in three different versions depending on what type of camera you use. This is the classic GorillaPod GP1 and is designed for use with all compact cameras weighing up to 325g.
