To keep our prices low, we don't employ telephone support staff. However, if you are desperate to speak to a human being, please email us your telephone number and we'll call you as soon as we can.

I want to check stock on a certain item

It's quite simple. If the item is shown as being "In Stock" on our website then we have it in our warehouse. We never sell anything that we don't have on our shelves. We always have at least 30,000 products in stock at any given time.

Can you deliver urgently?

Yes. If you're a UK customer, simply select the Express Delivery option during checkout. If you're an overseas customer, please contact us.

Can I visit your shop or collect my order from your business premises?

No. We are strictly mail order only. We do not have a showroom. Our business insurance and local authorities do not allow face to face sales.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes of course. Everything you buy from us comes with at least 12 months warranty.

What is your returns procedure?

You are welcome to return anything for any reason within 7 days of receipt. You are responsible for the return postage cost (unless the item is faulty or the reason for return is our fault).
