Hi folks

Just thought I’d share a bit of Australian sunshine with you by way of a personal thank you for exceptional service once again.

My wife and I are delighted with our Trekking Safari camera harnesses purchased last year via your website. They have eliminated the neck pain we had both experienced with standard camera neck straps and we can now enjoy extended photographic expeditions without any discomfort at all.

My daughter and her partner (who are keen photographers) tried our harnesses during our summer holidays and were suitably impressed.

I decided to treat them and ordered two harnesses (plus a cross system to add to my harness to carry an additional lens) last Sunday evening 5th Feb (our time).

You posted it on Monday 6th February and it arrived here in Melbourne this morning (Friday 10th Feb). I thought the speed of my previous order might have been an aberration, but apparently not so.

"Good Service is Good Business” is obviously not just a catchphrase for you. I often waited longer for packages from local companies.

"I ordered just two step rings to make up the set I needed to be able to use a previously purchased 62mm polarizer filter. Now I can use this one filter on all seven lenses I have in my Praktica BC1 and Nikon F65 systems.

I received the rings on Wednesday after a late night order the previous Saturday!

I've said it before and I'll repeat myself by saying thanks for your first class services and camera materials.

As you can see from above, I'm not in the DSLR category of photographers but I still get what I need from JackTheHat in most cases!

By the way, I'm still searching for the Adaptall 2 adapter so that I can use my Tamron's on my Nikon F65, just in case any customer you have read this and are able to assist!!"

"A review of the items I ordered late this past Saturday evening. I ordered a 62mm Circular Polarizing filter, a 52-62 Stepping Ring and a 52mm Rubber Wide angle Lens Hood. I received them Wednesday!! I was expecting them from Thursday onward as they were coming without packaging and mailing cost!!
All the items were first class and I will be purchasing another couple of Stepping Rings in due course.

Jack the Hat Photographic were the only company that seemed willing to help and they bent over backwards to find a suitable item for me.
