Our business has changed…
As we continue to develop our business, we intend to focus (pun intended) on the areas that offer the biggest opportunity for future growth. In the past, little independent websites like ours were able to valiantly fight their way to the top of the search engine results to compete with the big boys. Those days are now gone.
We could have battled on and watched our website revenues fall, or we could take a totally new approach. We chose the latter.
Not having to manage an e-commerce focused website frees up a lot of time. All that extra time means we can concentrate on finding even more exciting products whilst maintaining our legendary customer service.
What does this mean for you, our customers?
This means you will no longer be able to purchase products from this website. However, you can purchase the exact same products and experience the same great customer service by buying direct from our eBay and Amazon stores. Your orders will be handled by the same people, with the same attention to detail you’ve been used to.
But eBay and Amazon are bad, right?
No, not necessarily. Selling on eBay and Amazon is easier for us. It takes up less time, is easier to manage and can also make international orders especially simple. Those big global selling platforms monitor their sellers closely and provide extra protection for you, the end consumer, should your order not arrive or have problems. They also offer a wider range of payment and credit options than we can offer on an independent website. Lastly, their customer service departments operate 24/7, unlike ours. (OK, we tried, but we all need to sleep occasionally).
Our eBay store and Amazon store are now open and contain all our popular lines.
We know you’ll have questions, and here are some answers:
How do I find your eBay and Amazon stores? Our Amazon store is open and contains some of our most popular lines. Click here to visit. Our eBay shop contains even more products, click here to visit.
I have a gift voucher for your website. How do I use it? Don’t worry, we’ve already thought of that. A cheque to the exact value of your gift voucher has already been posted out to your address.
I won a 15% discount code in a competition you sponsored. Can I still use it? The 15% Discount codes normally expire after 12 months. We have extended that period to 14 months. If you have a valid discount code and would like to use it before it expires, please purchase your chosen products from our eBay or Amazon store and then contact us here. (Don’t forget to include your discount code in the email). We will then refund 15% of the purchase price.
What if a product I have already purchased develops a fault? Fear not, the 12 month warranty on all your purchases is still valid. If you have a warranty claim, contact us here. If your product develops a fault after our 12 month warranty period, please contact the manufacturer of the item for assistance.
I have a question about one of your products, how do I contact you? Any questions about any of our products should be sent through the eBay or Amazon messaging systems. We can no longer respond to general questions through this website.
Can I order by post? We can no longer accept orders by post, sorry. Orders will only be accepted through our eBay and Amazon stores.
I have a trade related enquiry, how do I contact you? Trade enquiries are unaffected. Please contact us here.
